If the candidate join your company then you have to pay 50% of the salary of the candidate as payment to JUST JOB NOW on 16th day.
In event of candidate left the job within 45 days of the date of joining candidates placed by JUST JOB NOW it shall recommend another candidates for the same position.
TERMS FOR PLACEMENTS:-
JUST JOB NOW bears all of the costs related to candidates sourcing and advertising.
Professional fee is guaranteed for a forty five (45) day period, if the candidates voluntarily resigns or you fire him/her within that period. JUST JOB NOW provides a 100% free replacements only for your internal staff.
Acceptance If above conditions are acceptable by you, please send us an acceptance mail along with list of open positions, their detailed JD, experience and CTC benchmark.
