Banking Carrier Management Program

The Banking Carrier Management Program is well designed curriculum to turn bright, experience & fresh graduates into a carrier of bankers with the know-how needed to meet the needs of the bank’s clientele. The Banking carrier Management Program embodies the cutting edge capabilities required by the banking industry and was created and implemented in collaboration with our industry & Academia partners. Candidates who are chosen through a Mock Interview Based recruitment procedure is required to complete a structure 15-days training program that instills a Banking management viewpoint in them. After successful completion, candidates use a 360-degree customer-centric approach to launch their careers in sales, operational & relationship management roles. 


Programme Highlights:

Ø  15 Days offline training would be conducted.

Ø  The program will focus on imparting basic skills and knowledge, sales, operational, relationship management, communicational and behavioral skills.

Ø  Strenuous training using varied pedagogies viz. classroom training, case studies, assessments critical thinking problem solving skills, grater effort, motivation and commitment and task management.

Ø  Bank senior management engagement session with candidate.

Ø  State of the art and well equipped infrastructure for academic and practical learning.

Ø  On successful completion of the program, the candidate are absorbed in all bank at senior officer grade.

Programme Structure

            The Programme structure is as follows:

Ø  15 Days offline training at Just Job Now bank academic partners.

Course Fee

Ø  14,999 /- applicable GST.

Ø  The mentioned training fee is toward the training expense incurred by the academic partners on imparting the 15- days program.

Eligible Criteria

Ø  Graduate in any stream ( MBA not Eligible)

Ø  Age limit: Below 26 years at the time of joining bank

Ø  Min. 50% in X, XII and graduation.

Ø  Working Experience – Below 1 Year

Selection Process

Ø  Applicants will have to clear the aptitude Test for being eligible for the selection process.
