5. *Customer Service:* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to gold loan transactions.
6. *Data Management:* Maintain accurate records of customer information, loan transactions, and other relevant data.
7. *Collaboration:* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
