Job Description

Relationship Executive & Branch Relationship Executive

Position: Relationship Executive & Branch Relationship Executive
Department:  Loan/Account Opening/Credit Card, etc.
Location: Delhi & Gurugram
Qualification: Graduation
Salary Range: 2.4 Lacks to 3.6 Lacks Per Annum

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
   - Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial products and services.
2. Sales and Target Achievement:
   - Actively promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and account services.
   - Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the Sales Department.
3. New Account Opening:
   - Assist customers in the account opening process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
   - Provide guidance on various banking products available.
4. Loan Processing:
   - Facilitate the loan application process, including documentation verification and customer communication.
   - Collaborate with the Credit Department to ensure smooth loan approvals.
5. Credit Card Services:
   - Promote and assist customers in obtaining credit cards.
   - Educate customers on credit card benefits and features.
6. Cross-Selling:
   - Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products.
   - Maximize revenue through promoting a comprehensive range of financial services.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
   - Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
   - Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
8. Team Collaboration:
   - Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets.
   - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
9. Customer Education:
   - Educate customers on digital banking services and encourage digital adoption.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
